A single integration is designed to give merchants access to multiple payment aggregators, intelligent routing and consolidated monitoring.
DBS Bank India expanded its DBS MAX merchant collections platform in September 2026 with a digital payment management solution powered by Juspay. The capability is designed to help businesses manage multiple payment aggregators through a single integration.
The solution supports merchant-defined intelligent routing, gateway-agnostic tokenisation and a consolidated view of digital collections, including transaction monitoring, refunds and reconciliation. Merchants increasingly use multiple payment providers to manage availability, coverage and transaction performance, but this can also increase operational complexity.
A common integration and unified dashboard can simplify day-to-day management and help merchants assess payment performance across providers. Intelligent routing can also direct transactions according to configured rules and observed performance, although outcomes depend on the merchant’s setup and provider conditions.
For banks and payment infrastructure companies, the launch illustrates how merchant services are evolving from basic collection acceptance towards orchestration and resilience.
BFSI NXT perspective: Payment success is an ecosystem outcome. Routing, visibility and reconciliation are becoming as important as accepting the transaction.
